Black Mast Marketing is a marketing company based in metro Atlanta, Georgia. This notice covers blackmastmarketing.com. The Quartermaster app at quartermaster.blackmastmarketing.com is covered by its own privacy policy and terms.
What We Collect
When You Fill In A Form
The free leak audit asks ten multiple-choice questions about your marketing, then your name, business name, email and, if you choose, your phone number. We record your answers, your score and your top fixes so we can show and email you your results. The intro call form asks for your name, business name, email and a short message, and optionally your phone number and the service you are interested in. Every form also records which page you sent it from and, if present, how you first arrived at the site (for example the referring website or campaign name in the link).
Marketing Emails
If you leave the marketing box ticked on the audit, we may send you a short series of marketing tips and offers after your results. You can unsubscribe from any of them with one click.
Site Measurement
We measure which pages are visited and which buttons are used, so we can improve the site. We record categories, such as whether a marketing check result was healthy or thin, never the figures you entered. We do not use advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Stored On Your Device
The site keeps two small items in your browser's storage: your marketing check answers, and a note of how you first arrived (landing page, referring site and campaign tags). You can clear them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
How We Use It

- To send your Quartermaster invitation and account messages.
- To understand which marketing brings people to the site.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.
Who Processes It For Us
We use service providers to run the site: website hosting and form handling, a customer relationship management (CRM) system where enquiries are recorded, an email delivery service, and web analytics. They may process your information only on our behalf.
Marketing Email
If we send you marketing email, every message includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor requests promptly and within the time the law requires. Messages about an account or a conversation you started are not marketing and may still be sent.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries are kept while they are useful for the relationship you started, then deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your Choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing email. Use the contact form and choose "Just a question".
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
